This three (3) evening seminar explores the modern, global information environment characterized by the fallen barriers to information dissemination and the convergence of "new media" and "old media" into "now media." The purpose is to educate and empower to understand and justify requirements and actions for preactive, proactive, and reactive engagement in the struggle for minds and wills today and tomorrow.
